Will my phone fit?

The wristlets in the range are cut for a large phone, which covers most current models in a slim case. A thick rugged case is a different question and often will not go in.

What does RFID blocking mean here?

It means the card panel has a layer meant to stop a contactless card being read through the fabric. It is listed only on the pieces where the maker states it.

Is the strap removable?

On most of them. The wrist strap clips off so the same piece can go inside a tote as a flat pouch.
